KAJANG, November 17, 2024 – The National Anti-Drugs Agency (NADA) celebrated 93 of its retirees, who retired either compulsorily or by choice, at the Retirement Ceremony this year.

The ceremony was not a symbol of farewell nor an end to their relationship with NADA, but rather a celebration and expression of gratitude for their significant contributions, hard work and services under NADA.
The Director-General of NADA, Dato’ Ruslin Jusoh, said that the experience of working with NADA is invaluable and a rare asset that not everyone can get.
“Therefore, I hope that all of the retirees will take the chance to continue serving their community on issues related to drugs and substance abuse.
“This is because I believe that the retirees can be agents of change and leaders in society, supporting the lifelong recovery of our clients in the community,” he said.

He said this in his speech during the 2024 NADA Retirement Ceremony here, on Thursday.
also present were the Deputy Director-General of NADA, Puan Shobah Jamil, and the Director of Service Management, Shahriyah Shahadan.
