KAJANG, December 7, 2024 – The National Anti-Drugs Agency (NADA) today mobilised #SkuadIhsanMadaniKDN to execute flood relief missions in Kelantan and Terengganu.

The Director-General of NADA, Dato’ Ruslin Jusoh, said that the mobilised #SkuadIhsanMadaniKDN had involved 100 volunteers of NADA officers from the Headquarters, Selangor NADA, Wilayah Persekutuan NADA, Kelantan NADA, Terengganu NADA, and Sepang PUSPEN.
He also stated that for this relief mission, NADA prioritised giving post-flood assistance around Pasir Mas, Kelantan and Besut, Terengganu, which are the two severely affected areas.

“This initiative aligns with the aspiration of the Prime Minister, YAB Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim, who wishes for every public servant to also play an active role in giving aid to the flood victims.
“The volunteers will be engaging with the flood victims, carry out cleaning operations, and distribute daily essentials to them as well,” he said today.

Prior to that, he also officiated the Flag Off session #SkuadIhsanMadaniKDN at the Headquarters, Kajang to Kelantan and Terengganu for their mission to assist those affected by the floods.
Ruslin also added that through the establishment of the skuad, NADA will always be on standby to mobilise more officers to carry out flood relief missions in other affected states.
Also present were the Deputy Director-General (Operations) of NADA, Tuan Khairul Anwar Bachok, and the Director of the NADA Prevention Division, Zainuddin Abdullah.
