KOTA BHARU, March 20, 2025 – The Director-General of the National Anti-Drugs Agency (NADA), Dato Ruslin Jusoh, visited the Narcotics Addiction Rehabilitation Centre (PUSPEN) in Kota Bharu, Kelantan, today to engage with the staff of NADA and its Clients during sahoor.
This programme is an initiative to connect with NADA personnel and clients currently undergoing the Institutional Treatment and Rehabilitation Programme (RPDI) at PUSPEN Kota Bharu.
In addition, this effort aims to create a positive atmosphere among NADA personnel, ultimately boosting productivity, strengthening bonds of camaraderie, fostering team spirit, and enhancing the relationship between the NADA Director-General, officers, staff, and clients.
During the same event, Dato’ Ruslin also performed the Fardhu Subuh prayer and held a sharing session with the clients at Kota Bharu PUSPEN.
Dato’ Ruslin took the opportunity to deliver a message urging clients to view PUSPEN as a parental figure guiding them toward positive change and away from the destructive cycle of drug and substance abuse.
Also present were Kelantan NADA Director, Nik Muhammad Nik Dir; Kota Bharu PUSPEN Director, Adzmiral Nawi; Jeli PUSPEN Director, Aman Mustapha; and Bachok PUSPEN Director, Siti Mariam Bebakar.
