PENANG, February 8, 2025 – The National Anti-Drugs Agency (NADA) held the NADA Strategic Plan Meeting 2026-2030, a three-day event that began on February 6 in Pulau Pinang.
The meeting brought together all NADA heads of responsibility centres (PTj) nationwide to discuss the framework for NADA’s new five-year strategic plan, which will replace the current plan set to conclude this year.
The objectives of the meeting were to evaluate the implementation and achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) for each strategic pillar in 2024 and to adjust KPIs for 2025.
Additionally, the meeting aimed to address arising issues from the implementation of theNADA Strategic Plan 2021-2025 more efficiently and to strengthen cooperation among NADA officers, ensuring a collaborative working culture rather than a siloed approach in executing the strategic plan.
Earlier, NADA Director-General, Dato’ Ruslin Jusoh, attended the closing session of the NADA Strategic Plan 2026-2030, officially concluding the meeting.
Also in attendance were NADA Deputy Director-General (Management), Puan Shobah Jamil; NADA Deputy Director-General (Operations), Tuan Khairul Anwar Bachok; and NADA Division Directors.
