On February 1st, 2024, the Nigerian Embassy in Malaysia required that Malaysian nationals who wish to apply for a visa for the first time must have to get verification of their record from the National Anti-Drugs Agency (NADA).

Therefore, all applicants seeking verification of NADA record for applying Nigerian Visa must provide the following documents:
i) A copy of Malaysian Passport;
ii) A copy of Identity Card;
iii) A copy of Job Offer Letter; and
iv) A copy of Good Conduct Certificate from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs
Applications submitted will be processed within 14 working days from the date of receipt of complete documents.
