KAJANG, October 14, 2024 – The new Director-General of the National Anti-Drugs Agency (NADA), Dato’ Ruslin Jusoh, outlined 10 main aspirations in his speech at the Director-General’s Address Ceremony in conjunction with the Monthly Assembly for October 2024 held today.
According to him, these ten aspirations are meant to strengthen NADA’s management in order to fulfil its goals and realise its vision.

The following are the 10 aspirations outlined:
i. Strengthening the NADA Service Models;
ii. Increasing Promotion and Intensifying Information on NADA Achievements through Social Media Platforms;
iii. Structured Financial and Development Management;
iv. A Teamwork Culture among NADA personnel;
v. Utilizing Up-to-Date Systems in NADA Services;
vi. Strengthening Integrity;
vii. Job Rotation within the Service;
viii. Managing Conduct and Discipline;
ix. Empowering Government and Non-Governmental Bodies; and x. Enhancing Service Quality.
Meanwhile, Dato’ Ruslin stated that as the leader of NADA, he would strive to continue the agency’s previous aspirations.
“However, I hope all NADA personnel will uphold and adhere to our principles.
“I believe that with the spirit and commitment of each individual, the agency’s vision and mission can be realized.
“Together, we should shoulder the responsibilities, share the burden and lighten the load towards a common goal,” he said.
The ceremony also included the Presentation of Placement Letters to five NADA Officers of Grade S41 now holding Grade S44. Also present at the event were the NADA Deputy Director-General (Management), Puan Shobah Jamil; NADA Division Directors; State Directors; and Directors of Narcotic Addiction Rehabilitation Centers (PUSPEN).
